How to trace the Roots and History with a Mental Health problem/illness/condition

     Arguably, there is no laboratory test applicable to determine whether one is Bipolar or not. The diagnosis is primarily based on individual historical and environmental background. The article aims at giving a personal account on tracing a history with the condition. For my case, after being deeply engrossed in the management, coping strategies, and diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder, I hereby ink down the history, which be possibly links to the condition.
